Direct Investment
Partners who wish to go beyond Equity Credits may invest directly in Sourcery through a structured Convertible Loan Agreement (CLA), with the potential to secure a larger equity stake in the company’s growth. Mission-aligned foundations may explore participation through a Programme-Related Investment (PRI) and in select programmes, direct philanthropic contributions.
