Payment & settlement. Record payment and close the order with a full record.
How nomination works · 6 stages
Set the terms. Agree the volume, period and standards for a frame contract.
Nominate suppliers. Name the suppliers for each tier, from fibre to fabric.
Agree & sign. Everyone signs, so each tier works to the same terms.
Link trades. Each delivery under the Nomination is linked back to it.
Track deliveries. See what has been called off, delivered and checked.
Settlement. Close the Nomination with a full record across every tier.
How Field Trade works · 6 stages
Register producer. Add the farmer or producer group, or find them in Connect.
Verify place. Link the purchase to the producer’s verified farm or collection point.
Weigh & grade. Record weight, quality grade and photos at the point of purchase.
Agree price. Confirm the price with the producer before payment.
Pay producer. Record cash or mobile payment on the spot.
Issue receipt. Both sides get a digital receipt, and the lot is ready to trade on.
