Turn Ambition into Evidence.

Connect helps you turn ambition into verifiable evidence—transforming sustainability ideals into measurable, meaningful, credible, and equitable impact.

Evidence

Impact at Scale—Anytime and Anywhere.

The Intelligent Impact Solution enables harmonized scope, standardized methodologies, and consistent data-capture frameworks across global supply chains—aiming to solve the structural barriers that make credible impact reporting costly, inconsistent, and difficult to scale.

  • Instant Onboarding — Producers, extension staff and select upstream manufacturers can download the Connect app and start capturing data immediately—without the heavy onboarding*, training, processing, cost or admin required of MRV and traditional impact reporting and traceability systems.

  • Reduction in Extension-Service and Field-Staff Costs — Minimise reliance on intensive third-party outreach, costly in-person visits, and manual checks. Harmonised digital data-capture protocols enable real-time verification at scale, even in remote or underserved regions.

  • Data that Rewards Progress — Turn impact reporting from a cost centre into a revenue generator. Partners earn financial incentives through the sale of BlueBox digital assets traded on the Sourcery Exchange (SDX) data marketplace.

  • Meaningful Market Differentiation — Harmonized, verifiable data provides transparent, defensible proof of commercial, social, and environmental performance—reducing reputation risk and greenwashing exposure while strengthening trust with customers, investors, and regulators

*Select Parters must participate in Sourcery Know Your Partner (KYP) onboarding due diligence assessment prior to trading and capturing impact data.

Smarter Compliance and Reporting

Producer, Manufacturer, and Transport Solutions are structured around four integrated data modules — Partner Essentials; Labour & Livelihoods; Environment, Energy & Climate; and Governance, Integrity & Innovation — transforming verified impact and performance intelligence into structured BlueBox digital assets that can be licensed on the Sourcery Exchange.

BlueBox Digital Assets

BlueBox digital assets are structured, verified data packages that convert operational and impact performance into secure, trade-ready digital assets for Partners transacting on Connect to sell and purchase via the Sourcery Exchange.

  • Partner Essentials (100s) captures harmonised Partner identity and foundational operational data — including legal and business information, land or site identification, transaction records, operational practices, process controls, and compliance readiness.

  • Labour & Livelihoods (200s) captures harmonised workforce data — including wages, safety conditions, employment practices, and workforce structure.

  • Environment, Energy & Climate (300s) captures harmonised environmental performance data — including resource use, energy consumption, emissions, and related operational indicators.

  • Governance, Integrity & Innovation (400s) captures harmonised management and control data — including leadership structures, internal systems, data integrity processes, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Capture. Verify. Get Paid.

Upon ‘Place’ verification, Partners gain real-time data reporting capabilities, shifting impact measurement from static snapshots to a continuous, dynamic record. This delivers deeper and contextual insights in real-time that creates tangible value across the entire supply chain to make more informed decisions, faster.

Harmonized Climate Reporting. Scaled Impact.

Capturing credible land-based climate data is inherently complex. Land systems are dynamic and highly contextual, shaped by geography, management practices, resource access, weather, and time.

Sourcery manages this complexity by requiring all PS 300: Environment, Energy and Climate modules include harmonised scopes, boundaries, and criteria aligned to leading international climate frameworks*, enabling primary data to be captured once at source through Connect. This reduces duplicate data collection, cost, and administrative burden—while avoiding data silos, double counting, and unintended greenwashing across multiple downstream reporting frameworks and systems.

*All Impact Partner GHG (CO₂e) land, facility and site data capture methodologies used for reporting, target-setting, or claims must adopt MRV frameworks aligned with ISO 14064, the GHG Protocol, Verra and, where applicable, SBTi requirements or other qualified internationally recognised climate reporting frameworks.

Impact at Scale.

Impact Stack

Once captured, all transactional and impact data is securely stored and partitioned within each Partner Data Vault (PDV) and on the blockchain—forming what we call an “Impact Stack,” which ensures location-based control and access, full ownership and monetisation of your data.

Turn Evidence into Action.

As a commercially neutral sourcing and digital trade platform, Sourcery does not make value judgments or generate claims from data captured through Connect via the Producer, Manufacturer, and Transport Essentials modules (PS, MS, and TS 100). Instead, we rely on qualified third-party independent Impact Partners to process and interpret all data on behalf of data originators.

Impact Partners receive, analyze, and translate verified data into credible insights, reports, and claims using proven scientific and sector-specific methodologies and reporting tools (e.g. Digital Product Passport)—ensuring outcomes are contextual, trustworthy, and defensible at scale—turning evidence into outcomes and action.

Select Impact Partners can also develop their own Intelligent Impact modules (pictured) and offer them for sale on the Sourcery Exchange, earning shared royalties for producers, manufacturers, traders, and brands.
