Individual growers (farmers), ranchers, and agri-business enterprises are primarily engaged in growing, raising, harvesting, and selling raw agricultural produce and materials to aggregators, co-ops, processors, merchants, or directly to manufacturers.
Participation requires at least one legal person (sole proprietor or entity) and a minimum of one hectare of owned, leased, or managed land (e.g., farm or grazing land).
Ownership of processing facilities is optional.

Individual foresters, harvesters, and forest product enterprises are primarily engaged in managing, collecting, harvesting, and selling raw materials from forests—such as timber, berries, and other forest products—to aggregators, co-ops, processors, merchants, or directly to manufacturers.
Participation requires at least one legal person (individual or entity) and a minimum of one hectare of owned, leased, or managed land or resource area (e.g., farm, field, forrest).
Ownership of processing facilities is optional.

Individual fishermen, aquaculturists, and aquatic resource enterprises are primarily engaged in catching, cultivating, and selling raw aquatic products—such as fish, shellfish, seaweed, and other marine or freshwater resources—to aggregators, co-ops, processors, merchants, or directly to manufacturers.
Participation requires at least one legal person (individual or entity) and a minimum of one owned, leased, or managed resource area (e.g., coastal waters, inland water bodies, ponds, or aquaculture systems).
Ownership of processing facilities is optional.

Multi-grower or producer organizations—such as grower co-operatives, farm groups, and producer associations—are comprised of 25 or more individual growers, ranchers, foresters, harvestors, fisherman organized under one or more legal entities with cooperative-based governance, financial administration, and internal control systems. These entities coordinate the production and sale of raw materials and produce to aggregators, processors, merchants, or manufacturers.
Participation requires a minimum of 25 individual/entities and at least 25 hectares of owned, leased, or managed land or resource area (e.g., farm, ranch, forest, water, etc).
Ownership or operation of processing facilities is optional.

Organizations (or individuals) that collect, aggregate and/or purchase raw materials and feedstocks from Producer Partners and sell to transfer to Manufacturer Partners, mostly processors.

Organisations who forward or spot purchase/contract fibre, food, feed and timber, products to third-parties including manufacturers and other traders.
Merchants/Trader may own and operate their own processing facility (e.g. gin) and must register it as a Verified Place in Connect.

Individuals or organisations that market and sell fibre, food, feed, timber and products on behalf of producers, manufacturer, traders and receive a commission fee.
Commission agents do now own the transacted material. All Commission Agents must sign Trade Representation Agreement (TRA) to trade on Connect.

Generally do not own or operate a textile production facility.

Sourcery founders have reserved up to 75% of all outstanding share equity in Sourcery for Partners to earn or through the Sourcery Equity Credit Programme and by making direct equity investments in Sourcery. 2. The Sourcery Equity Credit Programme includes a five (5) year vesting period whereby the volume traded through Sourcery can earn equity credits that are then be used to purchase and transfer in shares that can hold a value of up to $250,000 USD.
