Transparency, fairness and efficiency define the Direct-to-Grower™ approach to trade — inclusivity, impartiality and verified impact are foundational to our unique position in the market.

We are guided by three programmatic principles of inclusivity, impartiality and verified impact in everything we do. These principles define our commercially neutral role to trade whereby Sourcery remains inclusive of all growers everywhere, regardless of their adopted or assigned agronomy, certification, or license. We remain fully impartial to commercial interests as neutral trade facilitators.

  • We’re inclusive of all growers, everywhere! We trade and transact fibre under organic, regenerative, Regen Agri, Better Cotton, US Trust Protocol, as well as from unaffiliated growers (conventional).

  • As a neutral trade facilitator, we are impartial to commercial interests—allowing us enhanced visibility and access that builds mutual trust.

  • We focus on verified primary data collection that is more meaningful, measurable and equitable.

What we transform

The existing push-based system of trade is not set up to enable transparency, traceability and impact. This requires deep engagement, collaboration and commercial intervention between all buyers and sellers along the entire supply chain who together ‘pull’ fibre, yarn and fabric in a more transparent, fair and efficient manner from grower to retailer—driving more commercial and environmental impact at scale.
