The below User Agreement language reflects the same language found in Sourcery Connect (web and mobile) when you download and begin the user registration process by tapping the button Accept found in the Sourcery Connect web and mobile applications.

This User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and all policies and additional terms posted on and in our sites, applications, tools, membership agreements, solutions and services (collectively "Solutions") set out the terms on which Sourcery (Sourcery Group, Inc) offers you access to and use of our our Sourcery Connect (software) and our Solutions. You agree to comply with all terms of this User Agreement when accessing or using Sourcery Connect.

1. Bluenumber - When you register on the Sourcery Connect Platform application you will get a Bluenumber (B#). This is a unique digital identity called Self-Sovereign Identification (SSID). This SSID links your mobile phone number with your location to verify your identity. Learn more here or visit Bluenumber (B#).

2. Partner Data Vault (PDV) - Your Bluenumber creates a Partner Data Vault (PDV) which encrypts and stores your data on the blockchain. Your Bluenumber is your unique key to access and control data in your PDV. Only you have access to the data stored in your PDV via registered Bluenumber devices. Learn more here.

3. Data Sovereignty - Sourcery is committed to protecting your data. All users of Sourcery Connect, including you, must respect the Data Sovereignty Policy. As the ‘data originator’ and primary subject of the data that you create directly using Sourcery Connect or is created on your behalf (field staff, auditor, verifier, Sourcery, etc.), you always own and control all data (including documents, images, etc.) that is created within or uploaded to the Sourcery Connect. 4. Data Licensing - Sourcery may market, broker, license and sell the data on your behalf by providing us exclusive permission through this User Agreement.  All data is aggregated and anonymized and sold via non-fungible digital assets called Bluechips that represent select data stored in your PDV. If any personal information (name, phone, location, contact info, etc) is requested, you will be notified directly on a case-by-case basis by Sourcery directly seeking additional approval to license and sell personal information to ensure you control and own your personal information. 5. Data Monetization Policy - Your data may only be sold via the Bluechip Exchange, our secure data marketplace. Any royalties and proceeds from licensing your data are transferred only to your mobile wallet on the Sourcery Connect device registered under your Bluenumber. Your data will never be shared or sold directly outside of the Bluechip Exchange without your permission. All royalties are paid in BluePoints which can be transferred to other Sourcery Users or transferred into local currency to your bank verified bank account only. Learn more here.

6. Blockchain - All data stored on you PDV immutable. This means it cannot be altered or deleted by you, Sourcery, Bluenumber, or any other party. If you choose to deactivate your account, access to your PDV and its data will be completely blocked—including by you. Upon deactivation, Sourcery and Bluenumber will delete any data stored locally on your device and any data that is not encrypted on your PDV at the time of deactivation. If any of your data is under an active third-party license at the time of deactivation, access to the data will continue for a 180 days or at the end of the license term—whichever is first. 7. Limited Liability - Sourcery or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Bluenumber hold no liability for any data storage, transmission, functionality failures or processing that occurs via Sourcery Connect including incidences of data breaches, data transmission delays, uptime or failures. Sourcery holds no liability for any active enquires, offers, transactions that occur on the Sourcery Connect and any loss of business or trade as a result of functionality failures.
