Trade Disputes - Trade disputes related to quality, volume, delivery matters
Payment Defaults - Protracted or partial or full non-payment of contracts an d invoices.
Unauthorized Materials or Products - Acts of material substitution, unauthorized and non-compliant blending.
Suspected Document Falsification - False or misleading correspondence, documentation, etc.
Bribery/Coercion - Acts of bribery, coercion and intimidation by a Sourcery Partner to another Partner.
Financial Fraud - Money laundering, phishing scams, insurance fraud.
Health and Safety Risks/Violations - Worker health, safety and related labour matters at Verified Places.
Forced/Child Labour - Violations of International Labour Organisation (ILO) Conventions at Verified Places.

Partners can register trade disputes and payment defaults with Trust Line, which will be followed by a post-transaction facilitation process and possible binding arbitration between buyer and seller transacting on the Connect.
