Transformation Fees together with the Membership Contribution, fund Sourcery’s services and programs across the entire value chain—from producer consumer.

The Transformation Fee applies to all originating outbound (sales) transactions and support the deployment of Sourcery technology to millions of smallholder producers Partners (with less than 5 hectares of registered land) at no cost as well as cover the cost of dedicated Sourcery Engagement Professionals assigned to Partners.

The Transformation Fee is not a brokerage fee or sales commission. All transactions are initiated, negotiated and settled directly by individual Partners when using the Sourcery
