How BlueSync™ System Works
Unlike traditional agentic platforms that stop at document automation, BlueSync™ spans the physical and digital by tracking every bale, bag, or box with serialised IDs product tag allowing your AI agent to work behind the scenes managing inventory, automating tasks, and making decisions across sourcing, logistics, payments, and reporting.
Step 1 — Onboard with your Sourcery Engagement Professional BlueSync™ activation starts with a facility and workflow assessment. Your SEP configures your Verified Places, maps your upstream and downstream partner network in Connect, and sets up the integration baseline.
Step 2 — Register inventory with serialised BlueSync™ labels Order tamper-evident, serialised BlueSync™ labels from Sourcery or approved third-party vendors. When goods arrive at a Verified Place, scan the label with Connect to register the batch — recording commodity type, quantity, origin place, and certifications in a single structured event. No manual data entry. No reconciliation later.
Step 3 — Connect your upstream partners Invite your direct vendors to activate BlueSync™ at their own Verified Places. When they scan outbound shipments, you receive a verified transfer record automatically — giving you real-time upstream inventory visibility before goods arrive.
Step 4 — Connect your downstream partners Invite your direct buyers and brands to join BlueSync™. Every confirmed order and transaction downstream becomes a demand signal that Spot AI™ can act on — triggering sourcing enquiries, flagging inventory shortfalls, or initiating logistics planning without waiting for manual instructions.
